# 8.0.13 — 9 February 2026

What changed in Dispel in the release of 9 February 2026.

**Dispel Zero Trust Engine 8.0.13**, including Orchestrator 1.6.5.

{% hint style="info" %}
[**Customer Impact Score: 2**](https://legal.dispel.com/support/maintenance-windows#customer-impact-scores) — visible changes and new features, without a substantial change to the workflows most people use.
{% endhint %}

## New features and improvements

* An account locked for inactivity can be reopened by the person it belongs to, from the [sign-in page](https://docs.dispel.com/troubleshooting/sign-in-and-mfa-troubleshooting). (DIS-17430)
* Live updates hold up better. Session state, reservations and rule status reach the console through a connection that recovers on its own after a drop rather than waiting for a reload. (DIS-17075)
* Light and dark mode now cover the screens that had been left out of the first pass, including the access and permissions pages. Colors that read poorly in one mode or the other have been corrected throughout. (DIS-17104)

## Bug fixes

* A permissions change could require signing out and back in before it applied. (DIS-16507)
* A sign-in link used with SAML could fail. (DIS-17357)
* A facility invitation link might not add the user to the facility. (DIS-17490)
* Deleting a region that failed reported nothing. (DIS-17405)
* The access page could fail to load for organization members when access requests were turned on.
* **Create Facility Group** could not be clicked. (DIS-17523)
* Organization members could not open the member list. (DIS-17605)
* Browser Connect access granted through a group might not apply. (DIS-17693)
* **General bug and security fixes** across permission handling and exports, group access updates, facility deletion, and the access request page.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.dispel.com/changelog/releases/2026-02-09.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
